January! New Banner!!

Much credit goes to Anna, who has taken quite an interest in Photoshop, I'm pleased to say. This banner is about 60/40 me/her give or take a bit.
The jellyfish image originally used came from here and were taken by Mike Johnston. Shout out to him and his Creative Commons license.
We're trying to maintain a different banner each month (if you haven't noticed), and if anyone is interested in the guts of the thing, let me know -- I'm more than happy to geek out.
